By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Aug 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Honey, Castor sugar (caster sugar) Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Honeycomb 2 tablespoons Honey 1 cup Castor sugar (caster sugar) for greasing Butter 2 tablespoons Corn syrup 1½ teaspoon Baking soda as required Dark chocolate melted Method Line an aluminum tray with aluminum foil and grease with some butter. Heat castor sugar in a non-stick pan. Add some water, honey and corn syrup, mix and cook till sugar caramelizes. Add baking soda and mix well. Transfer the mixture into the baking tin, spread evenly and set aside to cool. Refrigerate till set. Demould and break into pieces. Dip half of the pieces into melted dark chocolate and place on a plate. Place the remaining on the plate. Fill a piping bag with some melted chocolate and pipe over the honeycomb pieces.
