By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Dark Chocolate, Sugar Cuisine American Course Desserts Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Hot Chocolate Pudding 250 grams Dark Chocolate chopped 1/2 cup Sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch 3/4 cup Milk 1/2 cup Heavy Cream a pinch Salt 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence FOR WHIPPED CREAM 1/4 cup Heavy Cream 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 1/8 teaspoon Orange zest grated Method To make orange flavoured whipped cream, beat together heavy cream, sugar and orange zest in a bowl until soft peaks are formed and refrigerate. For pudding, heat a saucepan, add sugar, cornflour, milk, cream and salt and whisk to mix well. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and bring it to a boil. Remove from the heat and add chocolate, butter and vanilla extract. Whisk the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy. Serve immediately in individual bowls topped with a dollop of the orange cream.
