By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Tofu, Red bell pepper Cuisine Chinese Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Hunan Style Tofu 120 grams Tofu cut into cubes (fresh) 25 grams Red bell pepper diced 25 grams Onion sliced 15 grams Cashewnuts fried and broked 10 grams Ginger sliced 10 grams Red chilli paste 5 grams Seasoning to taste Salt 5 grams White pepper powder 15 grams Cornflour/ corn starch 10 grams Dark soy sauce 1 gram Chilli oil 10 grams Red chilli broken 10 grams Refined oil Method Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger, red chilli paste, vegetable and sauté for a min. Add oyster sauce, red chilli paste, stock, seasoning, sugar, white pepper , dark soy and cornflour and adjust the gravy. Add tofu and fried nuts. Finish with garlic oil and serve hot.
