Add cocoa powder, cream, vanilla essence and honey and blend well. Toast walnuts in a non-stick pan till light golden and crispy. Transfer onto the worktop and chop them roughly. Transfer the blended mixture into an air tight container. Add walnuts, mix well and put the lid on. Freeze for 8-10 hours.
