Ingredients for Irish Coffee Recipe

  • Irish Whisky 1/2 cup

  • Instant Coffee Powder 3 teaspoons

  • Sugar 4 teaspoons

  • Chilled heavy cream whipped 1/4 cup

Method

Step 1

Add two teaspoons of sugar to the chilled cream and whip till it forms peaks. Keep aside.

Step 2

Pour three cups water in a deep microwave bowl, cover. Place on Microwave HIGH (100%) for five minutes or until steaming.

Step 3

Add coffee powder and the remaining two teaspoons of sugar. Stir to dissolve it. Pour in whisky or liqueur gently.

Step 4

Pour coffee into four stemmed glasses and top with whipped cream.
