Remove the cooker and release the pressure. Allow to cool and remove the skin. Grind the seeds with green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves and salt. Remove and add boiled potatoes and onions to the mixture. Make small balls and keep aside. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai. Deep fry the balls till golden brown in color.
