Ingredients for Jaggery And Chocolate Fudge Recipe

  • Jaggery (gur) grated 1 cup

  • Dark chocolate grated 1 cup

  • Peanuts crushed 1 cup

  • Butter 1 tablespo


Step 1

Grease an aluminium tray with butter and set aside. Melt jaggery in a double boiler. Add butter and mix.

Step 2

When the jaggery melts, add peanuts and chocolate and mix well.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture onto the aluminium tray and spread evenly. Set aside for 15-20 minutes to cool down to room temperature.

Step 4

Then set in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve.
