To make one sandwich take a slice of brown bread, keep a slice of white bread over it and finally another slice of brown bread over the slice of white bread. Toast the sandwich. Remove the toast from the grill when done. Separate slices. On the brown bread slice at the base apply mixed fruit jam. Place the white bread slice over it and apply chhunda on it.
