Ingredients list for Jamun Kala Khatta

  • 2 cups Jamuns seeded
  • to taste Black salt (kala namak)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder roasted
  • ¾ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar)
  • 2 cups Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • as required Ice cubes

Method

  1. Blend together jamuns, black salt, roasted cumin powder, castor sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and ice cubes to a smooth mixture.
  2. Put lemon slices in individual serving glasses and pour the jamun mixture.
  3. Serve chilled.
