Ingredients list for Jamun Shots - SK Khazana

  • 250 grams Jamuns seedes
  • as required Crushed ice
  • Fresh mint leaves handful of
  • to taste Black salt (kala namak)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Lemon wedges
  • Salt for riming

Method

  1. Put the java plum flesh into a blender jar, add crushed ice, mint leaves, black salt and sugar and blend to a fine puree.
  2. Rub the rims of shot glasses with lemon and dip them in a plate of salt.
  3. Pour the plum puree into the glasses and serve.
