Ingredients for Jawari Bhakri Recipe

  • jawari Flour 2 cups

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Mix jawari flour and salt. Add enough water to make soft dough. Knead well. Divide in to eight equal portions. Form each portion into a round ball.

Step 3

Apply a little water and then turn the side and cook till bhakhri is well done. Remove and repeat the same procedure with the remaining dough. Serve hot with a blob of homemade butter.
