By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless mutton, Cumin powder Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Jeera Boti Kebab in Tacos 250 grams Boneless mutton cut into 1 inch pieces 1 teaspoon Cumin powder roasted 8 Taco shells 2 tablespoons Oil 1 medium Onion sliced 2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste 1½ teaspoons Red chilli powder to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Lemon juice as required Onion sliced for garnishing Lemon wedges Sour cream for drizzling Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté till golden. Add mutton pieces, mix and cook for 5 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, crushed peppercorns and salt, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add lemon juice, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or till mutton pieces are fully done. Place taco shells on a serving platter and put some cooked mutton mixture into each shell. Put some sliced onions and drizzle some sour cream on top.
