Ingredients
- 2 medium raw mangoes, peeled, seeded and chopped finely
- 8 tablespoons raw mango syrup
- as required Ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- Black salt (kala namak) to taste
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Method
- For each portion put a few ice cubes in a blender jar, add ½ chopped raw mango, ½ teaspoon cumin powder, black salt and 1-2 tablespoons raw mango syrup and blend coarsely.
- Transfer into serving glass and serve chilled garnished with a mint sprig.
