Ingredients 

  • 2 medium Cucumber
  • 200 grams Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves,chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin powder,roasted
  • 2 Green chillies,chopped
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Peel and grate the cucumbers. Put in a muslin cloth and squeeze to extract extra moisture. Mix together yogurt, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, cumin powder and salt.Add the grated cucumbers just before serving.
  2. Serve chilled.
