Ingredients 

  • 2 cups roughly chopped kale
  • 1 boneless chicken breast,boiled and shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons mustard paste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 medium apple, cut into thin strips
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips

Method

  1. To make the dressing, put mayonnaise, mustard paste, honey and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Put kale, chicken, apple and carrot in another bowl and toss. Add the dressing and mix well.
  3. Serve chilled.
