Ingredients list for Kiwi Caprioska

  • ½ cup Kiwi chopped
  • as required brown sugar/jaggery 2 teaspoons +
  • 5-7 Fresh mint leaves
  • as required Ice cubes
  • 60 millilitres Vodka
  • 4 for garnishing Kiwi slices

Method

  1. Blend kiwis with brown sugar and 2-3 mint leaves in a blender jar.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, kiwi puree, vodka and remaining mint leaves. Shake well.
  3. Crush some brown sugar coarsely and rim individual stemmed glasses with it. Pour the drink in it, garnish with kiwi slices and serve chilled.
