By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Dec 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Kiwi, brown sugar/jaggery Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Kiwi Caprioska ½ cup Kiwi chopped as required brown sugar/jaggery 2 teaspoons + 5-7 Fresh mint leaves as required Ice cubes 60 millilitres Vodka 4 for garnishing Kiwi slices Method Blend kiwis with brown sugar and 2-3 mint leaves in a blender jar. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, kiwi puree, vodka and remaining mint leaves. Shake well. Crush some brown sugar coarsely and rim individual stemmed glasses with it.
