Blend kiwi and banana into a purée. Sieve together refined flour, baking soda and baking powder into a bowl. In another bowl break eggs, add sugar, little by little, and whisk well. Add vanilla essence, rooh afza , melted butter, banana-kiwi purée and flour. Fold in the mixture in cut and fold method. Pour the batter into silicon moulds and sprinkle some lemon zest on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 22 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Remove from the moulds and serve.
