Ingredients list for Kiwi Panna

  • 6 Kiwi Roasted and peeled
  • 1 cup Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Method

  1. Chop kiwis into small pieces and put them into a mixer jar.
  2. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, black salt, sugar, salt, lemon juice and 3 cups water and grind into a puree.
  3. Pour the panna in to 4 tall glasses and serve.
