Slice horizontally. Spread strawberry jam generously on the base half and cover with the other half. Cut into squares. To make ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Take chocolate in a bowl and add the hot cream to it. Mix well till the chocolate melts. Spread coconut on a plate. Dip the prepared cake squares in the ganache and coat in the coconut. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Serve.
