Ingredients list for Lassi

  • 2 1/2 cups Yogurt
  • 3-4 tablespoons Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar
  • as require Ice cubes

Method

  1. Combine yogurt and sugar free in a blender jar and blend 2 minutes.
  2. Add ice and blend for 2 minutes more.
  3. Cut the lemon and add the juice of half of it.
  4. Add lemon rind and blend again for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled.
