By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Bhajnee Flour, Carrom Seeds Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 15-20 garlic cloves ½ teaspoon oil 1 cup dry coconut slices 3-4 dried red chillies 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon sesame seeds 1 teaspoon coriander powder ½ teaspoon tamarind pulp Salt to taste Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté well. Transfer in a bowl. In the same pan, add coconut and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Transfer in the same bowl and cool to room temperature. Place coconut and garlic in a grinder jar alongwith red chillies, red chilli powder, sesame seeds, coriander powder, tamarind pulp and salt. Grind into a coarse powder. Serve.
