Add sugar, 20 mint leaves and blend well. Add some ice cubes and blend again. Add lemon squash and blend again till the ice is completely crushed. Pour into 4 stemmed glasses and serve immediately garnished with a mint leaf. You can also shape the mixture into quenelles, freeze and then serve.
