Ingredients for Lemonade with Berry Ice Cubes Recipe

  • Lemons 5

  • Strawberry crush 1 cup

  • Sugar 4 tablespoons

  • Fresh mint leaves 40-48

  • Drinking soda as required


Step 1

Take strawberry crush in a bowl, halve 1 lemon squeeze its juice into the bowl and mix well. Add 1 cup water and mix well. Pour into ice tray and keep it in the freezer to set.

Step 2

Halve remaining lemons, quarter each half and remove seeds. Put the pieces of 1 lemon in each of 4 glasses.

Step 3

Add 1 tbsp sugar in each glass. Add 10-12 fresh mint leaves in each glass and muddle with a muddler.

Step 4

Remove the ice trays from the freezer and demould the cubes into a bowl. Put 6-8 ice cubes into each glass, top it with drinking soda. Keep a stirrer in each glass and serve immediately.
