Combine condensed milk, cream, lemon juice, lime zest and salt in a bowl and whisk till well combined. Pour the mixture into individual popsicle moulds and freeze for ½ hour. Insert sugarcane sticks and freeze again for 4-5 hours. Demould the popsicles and freeze again for 30 minutes. Spread crushed biscuits onto a plate. Coat both sides of the popsicles with it and serve immediately.
