By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Lychees, Yogurt Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Lychee Baked Yogurt - SK Khazana 15-16 + fo Lychees peeled and seeded 1 cup Yogurt 2 tablespoons Condensed milk 3/4 cup Fresh cream 8-10 Pistachios blanched, peeled and slivered Dried rose petals for garnish Method Preheat the oven to 160˚C. Put the lychees in a blender jar and blend to a coarse paste. Take yogurt in a large bowl, add condensed milk, fresh cream and lychee paste and whisk till well combined. Transfer into shot glasses till ¾ filled and cover each glass with aluminium foil. Place them on a deep baking tray. Pour water into the baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Take the glasses out of the oven and allow to cool down completely.
