Ingredients list for Lychee Coconut Ice Cream

  • 7-8 Lychees peeled and seeded
  • 1/4 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup Milk powder
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk

Method

  1. Put the lychees in a blender jar, add desiccated coconut, milk powder, cream, coconut milk and milk and blend into smooth mixture.
  2. Pour into an air-tight container, cover with its lid and freeze for 6-8 hours or till set.
  3. Bring the container out of the freezer, scoop out into serving bowls and serve immediately.
