Ingredients for Lychee Ka Shrikhand Recipe

  • Lychees peeled pitted and chopped 4 tablespoons

  • Yogurt 3 cups

  • Cream 1 cup

  • Sugar Free 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

For making hung yogurt, place the yogurt in a piece of muslin cloth, tie it tightly to make a potli. Place the potli on a strainer which is kept on a bowl and keep a heavy object on the top.

Step 2

Let it stand till all the excess water is drained away. Crush lychee pieces. Whisk cream in a bowl, add Sugar Free, hung yogurt, lychee crush and whisk well. Pour into smaller bowls and serve.
