Ingredients list for Mango Baked Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup + For topping Mango pulp
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup Fresh cream
  • to garnish Fresh mint sprigs

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
  2. Take yogurt in a bowl, add condensed milk, cream and mango puree and mix well.
  3. Pour the prepared mixture equally into 4 earthenware bowls and place them in a shallow baking tray. Pour some water into the tray.
  4. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate to chill.
  5. Add some mango puree in the centre of each bowl, garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
