Take custard powder in a bowl. Add milk and whisk well. Heat a non-stick pan. Put custard mixture in it and cook, stirring once in a while, till it thickens. Remove the seed and roughly chop mango. Put some of the pieces in each of 4 individual ramekin moulds. Add cream to custard and mix well. Switch off heat and transfer the custard into a bowl. Add chocolate and mix well till chocolate melts. Add mango pulp and mix well. Pour the custard mixture over the mango pieces in the moulds and refrigerate for 2-2½ hours or till set. Garnish with remaining chopped mango and a wedge of white chocolate. Serve chilled.
