Ingredients for Mango Fool Recipe

  • Ripe mango cut into pieces 1 cup

  • Cream 2 cups

  • Mango puree 1 cup

  • Orange marmalade 2 tablespoons

  • Lemon zest 2 teaspoons

  • Mango 4 slices

  • Mint leaves 4 for garnish


Step 1

Place mango pieces in 4 stemmed glasses.

Step 2

Whip cream in a bowl, add mango puree, orange marmalade and lemon zest and mix well.

Step 3

Pour the mixture on top of mango pieces and pat the glasses a bit.

Step 4

Garnish each glass with a mango slice and mint sprig. Serve chilled.
