Ingredients list for Mango Fool

  • 1 cup Ripe mango cut into pieces
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 1 cup Mango puree
  • 2 tablespoons Orange marmalade
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon zest
  • 4 slices Mango
  • 4 for garnish Mint leaves

Method

  1. Place mango pieces in 4 stemmed glasses.
  2. Whip cream in a bowl, add mango puree, orange marmalade and lemon zest and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture on top of mango pieces and pat the glasses a bit.
  4. Garnish each glass with a mango slice and mint sprig. Serve chilled.
