Ingredients for Mango Ice Cream Recipe

  • Chilled ripe mango pulp 1 cup

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Powdered sugar 1 cup

  • Fresh cream 1 cup

  • Chilled milk 1 1/2 cups

  • Ripe mango , chopped For topping

  • Dark chocolate shavings to garnish

Method

Step 1

Put milk powder, sugar, cream, mango pulp and milk in a blender jar and blend till smooth.

Step 2

Pour the blended mixture into an air tight container, top with chopped mangoes and freeze till set.

Step 3

Scoop out in martini glasses and garnish with dark chocolate shavings and serve immediately.
