Ingredients for Mango Iced Tea - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Concentrated mango powder 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Large ripe mango peeled and finely chopped 1

  • Tea powder 4 teaspoons

  • Castor sugar 2-3 tablespoons

  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Lemons thinly sliced 2

Method

Step 1

Heat 4 cups water in a deep non-stick pan. Add tea powder and castor sugar, mix well and let the tea brew.

Step 2

Strain the tea in a glass jug. Add some water, mango powder and cinnamon powder and mix well.

Step 3

Put some chopped mangoes into individual mason jars. Add some ice cubes, 2-3 lemon slices and pour the tea mixture. Add some more chopped mangoes.

Step 4

Garnish with a lemon slice and serve chilled.
