Ingredients 

  • 1½ cups peeled and chopped ripe mangoes + for garnishing 
  • 4 cups skimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar substitute
  • Ice cubes as required 
  • Sliced pistachios for garnishing 

Method

  1. Blend together mangoes, 1 cup milk, sugar and sugar substitute till smooth. Add remaining milk and ice cubes and blend till smooth. 
  2. Pour into individual mason jars, garnish with pistachios and mango pieces and serve chilled.
