By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Feb 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Mango Mint Raita Main Ingredients Ripe alphonso mango , Fresh mint leaves, Yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Raitas Prep Time 20 - 25 minutes Cook time 0 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 Ripe alphonso mango peeled 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 1 1/2 cups chilled yogurt 1 green chilli Salt to taste Black salt to taste Crushed red chillies to sprinkle Method Break the green chilli and put into a chopper jar. Add mint leaves. Cut ½ mango roughly and add with a little water and chop into a coarse chutney. Cut the remaining mango into small cubes. Take yogurt in a bowl, add the mint-mango mixture, salt and black salt and mix well. Transfer into serving bowl, top with chopped mangoes, sprinkle crushed red chillies and serve chilled.
