By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ripe mango, Milk Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 5-6 hour Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mango Sherbet 1½ cups Ripe mango chopped, frozen 2 cups Milk 135 grams Castor sugar (caster sugar) 120 millilitres Fresh cream 1 teaspoon Lemon juice Method Blend together milk, castor sugar, cream and mango to a smooth mixture. Heat the mango mixture in a non-stick pan and bring to boil. Add lemon juice and mix. Switch off heat and cool down to room temperature. Transfer the mango mixture into an air-tight container, cover and freeze for 5-6 hours.
