Ingredients list for Masala Chaas (butter milk)
- 1 1/2 cups Yogurt
- 4 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves
- 1 Green chilli finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Cumin powder
- as required Ice cubes
Method
- Blend together yogurt, mint leaves, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, half amount of cumin powder, ice cubes and four cups of water and blend well.
- Serve it in individual glasses garnished with reamining cumin powder.
