Dry roast cumin seeds till fragrant. Transfer the roasted cumin seeds into a mortar and crush them with pastel. Grind together mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, roughly chopped ginger and 2-3 tablespoons yogurt into a fine paste. Add remaining yogurt and black salt and grind again. Add roasted cumin powder and blend well. Serve chilled garnished with roasted cumin powder.
