Take muffins, cardamom powder and castor sugar in a bowl and crush. Dust the worktop with some flour, place the pastry dough on it and roll out into a large sheet. Brush the sheet with some butter. Trim the edges and further cut into 4 squares. Place a portion of muffin mixture in the centre of each square, bring one corner over to the opposite corner to make a triangle and seal the edges with a fork. Arrange the triangles on a baking tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes. Brush with some butter, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes more.
