The little ones are going to gobble up these muffins within no time This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Nov 2022 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mawa / khoya, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Mawa Muffin with Shrikhand Frosting 150 grams Mawa / khoya , grated 160 grams Refined flour (maida) 120 grams Butter , softened 200 grams Sweet condensed milk 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda 75 millilitres Milk 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence as required Kesar shrikhand to garnish Sutarfeni to garnish Wafer biscuits to garnish Chocolate chips to garnish Small carrot triangles , blanched Method Preheat the oven to 180° C. Take butter in a bowl and cream it lightly with an electric hand blender. Add khoya and continue to cream with the hand blender at a low speed. Add condensed milk and mix well. Sift together refined flour, baking powder and baking soda into another bowl. Gradually add this flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix in cut and fold method ensuring there are no lumps formed. Add milk and vanilla essence and continue to mix. Put this mixture into muffin moulds till they are ¾ full. Keep the moulds on a baking tray. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven and let them cool down to room temperature. Remove the muffins from the moulds and keep them on a serving plate. Put the shrikhand in a piping bag and pipe out over each muffins.
