Addgreen cardamoms, star anise, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves and ½ cup water. Let it brew for 3-4 minutes. Add sugar free natura drops and mix. Pare off the skin of a lemon and add to the wine. Switch off heat and transfer the mixture into a bowl and set aside to cool. Put melon cubes in 4 stemmed glasses. Pour the flavoured wine syrup over them.
