By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Nachos, Purple cabbage Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time Cooking Time Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mexican Bhel-SK Khazana 2 cups Nachos 1/2 cup Purple cabbage shredded 1/2 cup White cabbage shredded 3-4 tablespoons Corn kernels boiledRe 1/2 cup Baked beans chilled 2 tablespoons Red chilli sauce to taste Black peppercorns crushed to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Put purple cabbage, cabbage, corn kernels, baked beans, chilli sauce, crushed peppercorns, salt and coriander leaves in a bowl. Crush nachos and add and mix well. Place a large cookie cutter on serving platters. Put the bhel in the cutter and lightly press to level it out. Gently remove the cutter.
