Ingredients list for Mexican Bhel-SK Khazana

  • 2 cups Nachos
  • 1/2 cup Purple cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup White cabbage shredded
  • 3-4 tablespoons Corn kernels boiledRe
  • 1/2 cup Baked beans chilled
  • 2 tablespoons Red chilli sauce
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Put purple cabbage, cabbage, corn kernels, baked beans, chilli sauce, crushed peppercorns, salt and coriander leaves in a bowl. Crush nachos and add and mix well.
  2. Place a large cookie cutter on serving platters. Put the bhel in the cutter and lightly press to level it out. Gently remove the cutter.
  3. Crush some nachos, sprinkle on top and serve immediately.
