Ingredients list for Mixed Sprouts Cups

  • 200 grams Mixed sprouts (moong, chana, matki) , blanched
  • 130 grams Sabziwala bhuna masala
  • 2-3 Spring roll wrappers , cut into 2 inch squares
  • as required Melted butter
  • 50 grams Processed cheese
  • as required Jalapeno pepper slices

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C
  2. Put sprouts in a non-stick pan, add sabziwala bhuna masala and ½ cup water, mix well and cook till dry.
  3. Meanwhile, brush melted butter over all the spring roll wrapper pieces. Place 2-3 pieces in each silicon mould.
  4. Half fill each mould with spiced sprouts.
  5. Cut cheese into small pieces, not too thick nor too thin.
  6. Put jalapeno slices in each mould and over that keep the cheese pieces.
  7. Place the moulds on a tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Bring the tray out of the oven, demould the sprouts cups, arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot.
