Ingredients list for Mocha Panacotta

  • 1 tablespoon Instant coffee powder
  • Milk
  • 50 grams Dark chocolate grated
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Cream
  • 4 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 Gelatin soaked in water

Method

  1. Heat milk and cream in a non stick pan.
  2. Add dark chocolate and instant coffee powder and mix. Cook stirring till the chocolate melts.
  3. Add the brown sugar and stir till the sugar melts. Add gelatine and mix till everything is well blended. Cool and strain through a fine sieve. Pour into small bowls or stemmed glasses or moulds.
  4. Place them in the refrigerator to set. De-mould and serve or serve in the same container.
