Ingredients list for Moong Dal Waffle
- 1 cup Whole green grams (sabut moong) soaked for 1 hour blanched and drained
 - 2 cups Refined flour (maida)
 - 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
 - 4 tablespoons Condensed milk
 - a pinch Salt
 - 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
 - 1/2 cup Khoya/mawa grated
 - 2 tablespo Butter
 - 1 cup Milk
 
Method
- Sift together refined flour, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl.
 - Add condensed milk, salt, chaat masala, khoya, 2 tablespoons butter and moong dal. Mix well.
 - Add milk and mix well to make a thick batter.
 - Heat a waffle machine and brush with a little butter.
 - Pour a little batter into it, close the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes or till golden.
 - Serve hot with honey.
