This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Moong Sprouts, Dosa Batter Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Moong Dosa 1 1/2 cups Moong Sprouts Dosa Batter 2 Green chillies 2 inch piece Ginger 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder Method Mix together moong sprouts, ½ cup water and salt in a bowl and cook in a microwave on high for 2 minutes. Drain extra water. Chop green chillies and ginger. Take dosa batter in a bowl, add green chillies, ginger, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and moong sprouts and mix well. Heat a non stick dosa tawa, grease it with a little oil. Pour small quantities of dosa batter and spread into small dosas. Cook on a low heat, turning sides, till both sides are evenly cooked.
