Crush boiled potatoes and add. Add salt, chaat masala and pav bhaji masala and mix well mashing slightly. Apply coriander-mint chutney on all the bread slices. Spread gram mixture generously on 4 slices and cover them with the remaining. Apply a little butter on outer sides of the sandwiches. Grease a sandwich toaster with butter or oil or ghee, place a sandwich in it, close and cook on medium heat, turning sides till both sides are golden. Cut into 2 triangles, arrange on serving plate, garnish with onion rings and serve hot.
