Ingredients list for Moroccan Mint Tea

  • 2 teaspoons Tea Leaves
  • 16 Fresh mint leaves
  • 4 Lemons cut into wedges
  • 2 one-inch Cinnamon
  • 4 Star anise
  • 16 teaspoons Castor sugar (caster sugar)

Method

  1. Place tea leaves, mint leaves, lemon wedges, cinnamon sticks, star anise and castor sugar in a kettle.
  2. Top it with boiling water and let it brew for about three to four minutes. Stir well to dissolve the sugar. Pour into individual glasses and serve hot.
