Cook till the moth sprouts are done. Strain and transfer into a bowl. Finely chop onion and green chillies. Add onions and green chillies to the bowl. Add salt, chaat masala and lemon juice and mix well. Break a little of the crust of each golgappa, fill it up with a spoonful of the moth mixture. Arrange on a serving platter, garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
