By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mozzarella cheese, Jalapeno Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Mozzarella Stuffed Chillies 250 grams Mozzarella cheese grated 8 Jalapeno 8 Bhavnagri green chillies 2 teaspoons Dried mixed herbs 1 cup Cornflour/ corn starch to taste Salt 2 cups Fresh bread crumbs to deep fry Oil Method Slit Bhavnagri chillies and remove the seeds. Slit the pickled Jalapeno chillies and remove seeds. Take grated cheese in a bowl, add dried mixed herbs and mix. Stuff this mixture into the chillies. Mix cornstarch, salt and water to make a batter. Dip the chillies in the batter then roll in the breadcrumbs. Repeat the process to get a double coating. Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan till very hot and deep fry the chillies till golden brown. Drain and place on an absorbent paper. Serve hot.
