Ingredients list for Musk Melon Mousse
- 1 1/2 cups Muskmelon pureed
- 2 cups Whipped cream
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Gelatin Dissolved in water
- 1/4 small Watermelon seeded and cubed
- for garnish Fresh mint sprigs
Method
- Fold the melon puree in the whipped cream alongwith powdered sugar, gelatin and watermelon cubes.
- Pour the prepared mixture into individual glass bowls and refrigerate for one hour.
- Serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
